Career Opportunities for Mechanics and Technicians

Our mechanics and technicians are one of the most important parts of our team. From preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and emergency repairs of DAIM Logistics trucks and trailers, our professional mechanics and technicians keep our fleet and drivers safely on the road and help ensure on-time deliveries for our customers.

Typical Job Activities

• Diagnose heavy duty trucks and repair big bore diesel systems and all associated components.
• Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis.
• Inspect services and repair all over-the-road trailers.
• Perform daily yard check of trailers.
• Service and repair all defects discovered during inspection prior to dispatch, including tires.
• Make all emergency repairs on an as-needed basis.
• Apply equipment markings to trucks and trailers.
• Document all work and time to completion.
